Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (AUD $12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over AUD $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Basic tracking available

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing in your country. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our performance swimwear and aquatic equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Ear plugs & ear bands
  • Briefs

Exceptions are made if these items are faulty or incorrectly shipped.

Swimwear Note: All swimwear must be tried on over underwear to remain eligible for return.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) for return/exchange (name, size, color), reason for return, and preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
  3. Receive Instructions: We’ll email return authorization and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.
  4. Ship Your Return: Package item(s) securely and send to our returns address:

  5. Processing: We’ll process your return within 3-5 business days after receipt.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Information

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product.
  • If exchanging for an item of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost.
