If for any reason you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, our straightforward returns and exchanges policy ensures a hassle-free process for our global community of competitive swimmers and aquatic enthusiasts.
Our Returns Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on ear plugs & ear bands and briefs unless they are faulty or incorrectly shipped. All swimwear must be tried on over underwear.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for return.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll email you within 24-48 hours with return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship Your Return: Package the item(s) securely and ship to our returns address (provided in your authorization email).
- Processing: Once received, we’ll process your return within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Refund Information
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product. If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost.
